About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Advisor to join our People & Culture team at TriMech UK. This is a varied and hands-on role, supporting managers and employees across the business with practical, commercially balanced HR advice.
This is a fixed term contract for 12 months.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Providing first-line HR advice and case management support on employee relations matters, including absence, disciplinary, grievance, performance, flexible working and capability cases.
· Coaching and advising managers on people issues, risk, policy application and best practice.
· Supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle processes and workforce planning activity.
