We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to join our People team, reporting to the Head of People. This role will shape, lead and drive delivery of L&D activity across the Enginuity Group, ensuring that learning is aligned to organisational priorities and delivers real value.
The Enginuity Group has grown over the past 5 years and with a headcount of nearly 200 colleagues, this role is both operational and strategic, with an opportunity to really shape L&D to support the business and would suit someone passionate about developing others who wants to bring their skills and expertise to make a real impact.
About the role
You’ll take ownership of the full learning lifecycle, from identifying needs and designing solutions through to delivery, evaluation and continuous improvement. The focus of the role is on building capability and making sure learning investment supports long term organisational success.
