We are seeking an Interim HR Advisor to support our services, providing cover across South East Wales & West Wales for a period of six months. The Role as a HR Advisor You will provide expert guidance and support across all areas of HR, including employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and engagement. You'll act as a trusted partner to managers, helping them navigate complex people issues while ensuring compliance with employment legislation, policies and ETHOS. This is a hybrid role with travel.
