We are seeking a proactive, hands-on HR Generalist/Advisor to join us, reporting directly to the Head of People. This is a broad and varied operational role covering the full employee lifecycle where you’ll play a key part in delivering a practical and supportive HR service across a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
Working primarily from home, you will regularly visit our four depots (Park Royal NW10, Canning Town E16, Croydon CR0 and Rochester ME2) to provide on-site support, build strong relationships with managers, and establish yourself as a visible and trusted advisor. You’ll ensure consistent, pragmatic HR guidance across all locations.
You will proactively support line managers on employee relations, performance, and absence management, while also contributing to recruitment activity to help attract and select the best talent.
