We are looking for a People & Culture Manager to play a central role in shaping the next phase of our growth journey.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a people and technology-led architectural practice focused on sustainable, low-carbon design, with studios across Liverpool, London and Madrid. The role offers the chance to genuinely influence company culture, employee wellbeing, career development and the future direction of the business as we continue to grow.
You’ll work closely with our senior leadership team to help create a positive, people-first environment where employees are supported to thrive, develop and do meaningful work - all while helping embed innovative ways of working across the Practice and our new think tank and innovation lab, SITIO.
