We are looking for a proactive and people focused Junior People & Culture Partner to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is a self-starter ready to move beyond transactional HR and develop as a trusted business partner.
You’ll partner with managers, help shape and deliver people plans that enable business performance, organisational capability and employee engagement. You’ll combine strong operational knowledge with a strategic mindset, using data, insight and relationship-building to influence decisions and deliver meaningful outcomes.
You’ll have the opportunity to work on a broad range of strategic people initiatives while acting as the first point of contact for leaders within your business area.
