As People Data, Systems and Reward Analyst, you will play a critical role in delivering a positive People experience through enabling the integrity, optimisation and insight generated from people systems and data, with a specialist focus on Ciphr (core HR and Recruitment), Cornerstone (LMS), and Access SelectPay (Payroll).

OBJECTIVES
Optimises people systems and data through data integrity and leveraging full functionality.
Delivers robust reporting – internal and external, including statutory reporting e.g. gender pay gap analysis.
Plays a key role in cyclical and ongoing Reward activities, e.g. salary and bonus reviews and pay benchmarking.
Enables data‑informed decision making and a seamless people experience.
