We are looking for a dynamic Employee Relations Advisor who can effectively and efficiently provide accurate advice which empowers people managers to handle the prevention and resolution of ER matters up to and including Employment Tribunal level. Cases will include disciplinary, grievance, performance management, probation, short and long term absence and SOSR cases. The individual must have the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships along with the skills to train and coach people managers during case management.  You will be working as part of a team of 9 who are a great support and constantly bounce ideas off each other. Our service runs from 8am - 11pm and in this role you will determine your hours based on the needs of the business.
