Role Purpose
To provide strategic people leadership that builds a high-trust culture where teams feel happy, included and supported, while ensuring strong decision-making across the employee lifecycle (succession, performance, talent planning, employee relations). This person should protect culture and deliver consistent outcomes that keep the business aligned and progressing.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & People Strategy Ownership
Define, lead, and continuously evolve Oxford’s People strategy.
Create and own the People plan, ensuring alignment with business goals and future capability needs.
Act as a senior People voice in organisational planning, workforce design, and strategic decision-making.
Lead cultural development, embedding behaviours and ways of working that strengthen Oxford’s identity.
