Due to an internal promotion, we are now looking for 2 People Advisors to support our 2 Senior People Partners. Role Overview:
The People Advisor is a hands-on role responsible for supporting managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle while serving as a trusted expert in employee relations.
You will provide practical, commercially focused guidance on employee relations, people policies, and organisational change working with one of our Senior People Partners in their defined areas of responsibility.
