This role is to work with both the companies at Beaulieu (3), which is the home of the National Motor Museum, a Treasure House and home of Lord and Lady Montagu in the heart of the New Forest. We require an HR Manager interim to support the Senior Management team with OD including review of roles and responsibilities, TUPE and managing that process for employees potentially transferring internally by TUPE and any potential exits.  You will be there to drive the process of restructuring and consultation, (there are no unions), organisation of employees and looking at the potential needs of the Museum and Beaulieu Enterprises.
