Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, the HR Manager is the first point of contact for managers and employees, providing support and solving problems. The role aims to provide general HR support across the employee lifecycle: recruitment, compensation and benefits, learning and development, employee engagement, performance management and employee relations, communications and administration.  The HR Manager oversees the HR Advisor for the Chennai Office Working Hours: This is a part-time, 12-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover), working 21 hours per week over four days (Monday to Thursday).
