The Woodland Trust is looking for a People Data Analyst to transform workforce data into meaningful insights that support better decision-making across the organisation. This role is advertised as full-time, 37.5 hours per week, however we would consider applications from those wanting reduced hours at 30 per week. The Role: Produce and maintain regular workforce reports and dashboards that support operational and strategic decision-making. Analyse people data to identify key trends across areas such as recruitment, retention, absence, wellbeing and performance.
