Safecall, the UK’s leading whistleblowing provider, is expanding its investigations team to meet growing client demand for support with workplace investigations.

This is a hands‑on investigative role, covering the full investigation lifecycle — from initial scoping with clients through to the preparation of the final report.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Agreeing investigation terms of reference with the client, in consultation with Safecall
- Creating an agreed investigation plan
- Reviewing relevant documents and procedures
- Gathering evidence and supporting material
- Interviewing witnesses and persons of interest
- Writing the investigation report
- Making evidence‑based recommendations

Required skills:
- Ability to demonstrate significant investigative experience within a police, regulatory, HR, safeguarding or social care environment
- Level 7 Advanced Professional Certificate in Investigative Practice
- Ability to make sound, evidence‑based judgements and recommendations
- Strong organisational skills to ensure adherence to agreed timescales and objectives
- A fair, transparent and proportionate investigative approach
