We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator, ideally with a background in HR, who understands the importance of accuracy in their work and delivering a professional employee experience.
About the HR Administrator role:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, improving processes, and ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience from onboarding through to offboarding.
As an integral part of the HR Operations function, you will be our people's first point of contact, whilst acting as a central point for all HR administrative activity, ensuring our people processes run efficiently and accurately while maintaining high‑quality data, systems, and compliance.
This position is based in our Peterborough office. We are open to both full‑time and part‑time arrangements, with flexibility on working hours and days between Monday and Friday.

Between £26,500 - £30,000 full-time equivalent, depending on experience
