We are looking for someone to join our Level 5 People Management Team supporting CIPD learners/apprentices to successfully complete their qualifications/Apprenticeship.
- Engage and motivate learners, apprentices and employers towards timely and successful completion of qualifications and programmes.
- Deliver training, give feedback and assess learners and apprentices towards achieving awarding body and apprenticeship standards/EPA – providing quality and timely feedback and support.
- Plan, monitor, track and accurately record progress of learners and apprentices (inc. completing learner reviews) to ensure success is achieved in a timely and cost-effective manner, with all documentation timely and accurate.
- Provide information, advice and guidance and induct apprentices and learners, ensuring timely and accurate completion of documentation/records.
- Design interactive and engaging training sessions using a variety of methods (face-to-face, online live, online recorded, etc.)

Essential
· CIPD Associate Membership
· Broad HR industry experience
· Experienced in designing and delivering interactive and engaging learning
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Adaptable and responsive to clients
· Ability to self-manage, including effective time/diary management
· Commercial thinking
· Teamwork and collaboration
Desirable
· CIPD Chartered Membership
· Experienced in delivery and assessment of CIPD qualifications
· Knowledge/experience of HR/PP Apprenticeships
· Experienced in using digital learning technologies
· FE/HE College experience
