Job Purpose
Aspirations Academies Trust is seeking an experienced Business Partner for Employee Relations to join our growing HR team.
This role provides an excellent opportunity for an HR professional to develop their career within a dynamic multi academy trust supporting over 1250 staff across 16 academies.
You will play a key role in supporting leaders with employee relations matters, ensuring issues are handled professionally, consistently and in line with employment law and Trust policies.

Salary: Starting salary £50,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on experience.
Annual Leave: The full-time rate of annual leave entitlement is 25 days per year rising to 30 days per year for employees with 5 or more years of continuous employment with the Trust. In addition, paid time off is provided for bank and public holidays normally observed in England and Wales.
Pension: On appointment, the post holder will be enrolled into the Local Government Pension Scheme, subject to its terms and conditions.
