Manage a wide range of Employee Relations cases, providing timely and accurate advice and attending formal meetings as required, including:
Support and coach managers on all people‑management processes to improve capability and confidence.
Coordinate Occupational Health referrals, ensuring documentation, notes, and HR systems are accurately maintained.
Produce HR data, statistics, and metrics; identify trends and support department projects and general administrative tasks.
Contribute to HR project work, including:
Support Learning & Development and early‑career programmes; collaborate with the Training & Competency team to identify employee training needs.
Act as the first point of contact for all HR queries, providing accurate and supportive guidance.
Implement and coordinate Skills, Education, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion recruitment and retention initiatives.
Provide administrative support to the HR team when needed.
Process and manage sponsored workers, ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation and Home Office requirements.
Ensure compliance with client KPIs and reporting requirements relating to Social, Environmental & Economic (SEE) matters, EDI, and community engagement.
Carry out any other reasonable tasks as required to support the HR function and wider business.
