We’re Hiring: People Projects Business Partner! 

  • We’re on the lookout for a dynamic People Projects Business Partner (PPBP) — someone who’s excited about leading and delivering high‑impact People projects across the business, with a special partnership focus on our Volume Claims and Onboarding teams.

You’ll be steering projects that make a real difference — and shaping how our people experience work every day.
Who you’ll collaborate with
You won’t be doing it alone! You’ll work hand‑in‑hand with our Senior HR Operations Manager, the brilliant HR team, and key stakeholders across the business — including our Senior Management and Leadership teams. Together, you’ll help drive transformation with purpose, creativity, and impact.

What you'll earn (you won't find "competitive salary” written instead of a figure on our watch!)

£42,000 - £51,000 per annum (DOE)
