We’re Hiring: Colleague Experience Business Partner!
We’re on the lookout for a Colleague Experience Business Partner (CEBP) — someone who’s ready to champion, elevate, and continuously improve the end‑to‑end employee experience across Minster, with a special spotlight on our amazing Serious Injury team.

What you'll be doing

You’ll be the driving force behind everything that shapes life at Minster — including:
  • Crafting and evolving policies and procedures
  • Championing health, wellbeing, and engagement
  • Supporting performance and recognition
  • Leading on the full colleague lifecycle 

All while making sure everything aligns to our values and what makes Minster… Minster!

Who you'll work with
You’ll work closely with our Senior HR Operations Manager, the wider HR team, and key business leaders — from the Senior Management Team to our broader Leadership Team. Together, you’ll help us create a workplace where people feel supported, inspired, and celebrated.

What you'll earn (you won't find "competitive salary” written instead of a figure on our watch!)

£44,000 - £53,000 per annum (DOE)
