About Honi Poke
Since 2017. Built on flavour. Powered by people.
At Honi Poke, great food starts with great people.
Since 2017, we’ve been on a mission to bring sunshine, food love and full-on Pacific Hawaiian flavours to the UK — through fresh poke bowls, sushi and ramen that make people feel good from the inside out.
We believe in the restorative power of healthy, vibrant food. But what truly sets us apart is the energy behind the counter, in the kitchen and in our support teams. Our people are the heart of every bowl we serve.
This is more than food.
This is Pokelicious culture.
Our Story
From street food to a fast-growing hospitality brand
Our journey began in 2017 after discovering poke in a small Hawaiian beach shack and falling in love at first bite.
Inspired by the fresh, punchy flavours and beautiful food heritage, we set out to create something authentic, clean and exciting for London. After years working in street food markets, and with the support of renowned chef Richard de la Cruz (former Development Chef at Coya London and Arros QD), we began experimenting.
What started as a food dream quickly became a movement.
Today, Honi Poke continues to grow across the UK, serving thousands of guests and creating meaningful careers in hospitality, operations and head office.
What We Stand For
Good food. Good people. Good impact.
We’re guided by a simple belief:
If we look after our people and our planet, everything else follows.
Sustainability with Purpose
Nature sits at the heart of Hawaiian culture. Na Keiki O Ka Aina, “The children of the land.”
That philosophy shapes how we operate:
We’re committed to reducing our footprint while increasing our positive impact.
Life at Honi Poke
A place to grow, belong and thrive
Whether you’re behind the counter, leading a kitchen, managing a restaurant, or working in our support teams, you’ll find:
We look for people who bring energy, care, creativity and pride to what they do, just like we do with our food.
Why Join Us?
Because at Honi Poke, you’re not just serving bowls:
you’re building a brand, shaping experiences, and growing a career.
So far, so tasty.
The future? Even better.
