TEC Partnership is made up of four colleges, two training providers, a 14-16 provision and a nursery, stretching from Scarborough to Skegness with a Nottingham based campus also.

The successful candidate will be based primarily from our Grimsby Institute campus and will lead, develop and inspire a team of People Partners and Advisors to ensure a proactive, effective and efficient HR service.
As our Head of People Partnering, you will have strong knowledge of current employment law, and a broad range of experience dealing with complex employee relations casework, ideally within an educational establishment.
Reporting to our Executive Director you will join a team of 21 People & Culture professionals covering Employee Relations, Recruitment, Payroll, Staff Development & Occupational Health, you will be highly organised and a strong team player.
