What will you do?

  • Act as the first point of contact for Employee Relations (ER) queries for managers across the region, providing clear, coaching‑led advice that empowers managers to make confident decisions in the future.
  • Support services with complex ER cases, including attending hearings, investigations and appeals where required. You will work closely with the HR Business Partner on high‑risk or sensitive matters to ensure consistency and mitigate potential risks across the division.
  • Deliver workshops and training sessions for managers on relevant HR policies and procedures, in collaboration with the Learning & Development team and other key stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance to managers on change initiatives and HR‑related projects, ensuring a smooth and compliant process.
  • Support colleague engagement activities, including managing engagement survey processes and facilitating listening groups to help drive continuous improvement.
