Role summary:

 

In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing progressive reward programmes and practices and provide meaningful data and analytics designed to ensure that the business can attract, retain and motivate the best talent. Through our approach to reward and recognition, you will contribute to developing an inclusive, collaborative and customer-centric culture with inclusive leaders and motivated, high performing teams.

 

Skills/Responsibilities:

To be successful in this role you will need to:

 

  • As part of the People Team, participate in the delivery of our people strategy and plans, leading on any expert aspects relating to reward
  • Lead on key projects including enhancing a robust approach to job grading, pay and benefits
  • Maintain Job Evaluation and Benchmarking, download new spot rate data twice a year
  • Maintain Users on our reward platform and re-cost to Corporate
  • Manage the systems aspect of the Recognition Awards via the reward platform
  • Manage the Peakon contract (colleague engagement) maintaining users and granting Manager Access
  • Complete the Korn Ferry & Gambica Pay Review Submissions
  • Responsible for responses to ONS adhoc surveys
  • Support the management of bonus pay schemes taking a lead role within the People Team for the timely production of data, calculation for payment and ensuring appropriate approval are in place
