Group HR Advisor (Generalist)

Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive, people-focused HR Advisor to join our dynamic team as soon as possible. This is a hands-on, generalist role supporting all aspects of HR — from onboarding, contracts, and administration to employee engagement, learning, and performance management — helping us build a high-performance, inclusive, and creative workplace.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage HR administration, contracts, NDAs, and employee records

  • Deliver a smooth onboarding experience for new starters

  • Provide first-line employee relations support, escalating where appropriate

  • Support HR policies, systems, dashboards, and reporting

  • Contribute to engagement, learning, performance, recruitment, and reward initiatives

What we’re looking for:

  • Early–mid level HR Advisor / Generalist experience

  • CIPD qualified or working towards this

  • Good working knowledge of employment law and HR best practice

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, discretion, and adaptability

  • Immediate availability is highly desirable
