We're looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our friendly, busy HR team and play a key role in supporting colleagues across the organisation.
This is a hands-on generalist role with real variety, reporting to the Strategic HR Business Partner.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing a wide range of employee relations cases
- Supporting the delivery of HR initiatives such as the Appraisal process, inductions, and Learning & Development
- Supporting restructures and organisational change, including job evaluation
- Drafting and rolling out HR policies
- Using HR systems to produce workforce reports
- Contributing across the full employee lifecycle and mentoring colleagues where needed
What we're looking for:
- CIPD Level 5 (essential) and HR generalist experience, including experience in employee relations, policy development and organisational change
- A degree or equivalent experience
- Experience working in a public sector or unionised environment
- A confident communicator who can build trust and influence at all levels
- Comfortable working with HR systems, data and reports (IRIS Cascade desirable)
