This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You'll play a key role in shaping our people strategy, supporting our team and developing the policies, processes and initiatives that enable our business and people to grow.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about creating a positive workplace culture, confident working independently and excited by the opportunity to make a genuine difference in a creative and ambitious environment.

Working closely with the Directors and senior leadership team, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day HR function while driving initiatives that strengthen our culture, support employee development and ensure we remain a great place to work.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • People & Culture: Champion a positive, inclusive and collaborative working environment, developing initiatives focused on employee engagement, wellbeing and organisational growth.

  • Leadership & Reporting: Work closely with senior leadership, providing meaningful people insights, identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to business decisions.
  • Reward & Benefits: Support salary benchmarking, employee benefits, absence management and payroll coordination, helping ensure a competitive and fair approach.
  • Culture & Engagement: Bring company values to life through employee events, wellbeing programmes, sustainability initiatives and projects that make the workplace rewarding and engaging.

About You

You'll be an experienced HR professional who combines strong technical knowledge with a genuine passion for people.

We're particularly interested in someone who:

  • Has broad generalist HR experience, ideally within an SME, creative business or professional services environment.
  • Is confident managing the full employee lifecycle and advising senior leaders on HR matters.
  • Has a sound understanding of UK employment law and experience developing practical HR policies and processes.
  • Is approachable, diplomatic and empathetic, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Is highly organised, proactive and comfortable balancing strategic projects with day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Enjoys taking ownership, working independently and identifying opportunities to improve how a business operates.
  • Is passionate about employee development, wellbeing and creating a workplace where people feel supported and valued.

Above all, you'll be someone who genuinely cares about people, brings fresh ideas and enjoys making things happen.

Why Join?

This is more than a traditional HR management role. It's an opportunity to have a real voice in how a business develops and how its people experience working there.

You'll join a creative, collaborative and ambitious design practice that values innovation, professional growth and a strong team culture.

What makes this opportunity exciting?
