People Team Coordinator

Your typical day as a People Team Coordinator: 

You will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the People Team, specifically the People Partnering, Resource & Talent Acquisition and Pay & Benefits functions. This position is responsible for administrating the full employee lifecycle processes. This may include (but not limited to): Starters, Leavers, employee changes administration, benefits portal management, maintaining and triaging shared email inboxes/ticketing system to ensure timely and effective communication, responding to first line support queries, creating and maintaining HRIS systems and process trackers. 

You will provide excellent customer service to our internal colleagues across the full range of HR activity. You will also support the Resource & Talent Acquisition function with administrative tasks through management of ATS systems, interview and selection processes, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new colleagues joining Innserve.  

You’ll already have: 

• An adaptable and flexible approach to work, able to effectively cope with change and shift gears comfortably.  With the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships internally and externally, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. 

• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and respond positively to pressure 

• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask, and respond to numerous requests at any one time 

• Strong administrative and organisational skills. 

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms. 

• An innovative, forward thinking, solution driven, creative thinking approach and be adaptable to change.  

• The ability to constructively challenge the status quo.

• Discretion and the ability to work with sensitive information/data whilst maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality.  

• Payroll, HR or Recruitment experience. 

Desirable:  

• Experience with Microsoft 365 tools. 

• CIPD or equivalent qualification.
