HR Graduate – Human Resources Executive

Are you a recent graduate passionate about people and looking to launch your career in Human Resources?

Transport Exchange Group (TEG) is looking for an ambitious, proactive and highly organised graduate to join our 12 months TEG Graduate Program – Human Resources, working as an HR Executive within our growing HR team.

Predominantly based at our London King’s Cross office, the Graduate Program will provide you with structured development alongside hands-on experience across a broad range of HR activities. You will work closely with experienced HR professionals and gain exposure to HR within a fast-growing B2B SaaS technology business.

As part of the Graduate Program, you will also gain wider exposure to TEG’s business and operations, including opportunities to work across both our London and Chippenham offices when required.

What you will do

As part of your development, you will:

  • Support colleague onboarding and offboarding

  • Prepare contracts, letters and other HR documentation

  • Maintain HR systems and colleague records

  • Support recruitment activities across the business

  • Assist with learning and development initiatives

  • Support colleague benefits and wellbeing activities

  • Respond to general HR queries and provide day-to-day support

  • Liaise with external HR service providers

  • Support wider HR projects and people initiatives

  • Gain broader exposure to TEG’s operations as part of the Graduate Program

What we are looking for

You will be a recent graduate with a genuine ambition to develop a career in Human Resources. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning.

You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing changing priorities and handling confidential information professionally and sensitively.

Previous HR or administrative experience is desirable but not essential. We are looking for graduates with the potential, attitude and ambition to learn and develop.
