We're looking for a talented and proactive People Partner to join our growing People Team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships, supporting managers, and delivering practical people solutions that help teams and businesses thrive.
As a People Partner, you'll work closely with operational leaders and colleagues across the business, acting as a trusted advisor on a wide range of people matters. You'll be part of a collaborative People Team, helping to deliver an excellent employee experience while supporting business performance and engagement.
This is a predominantly site-based role, allowing you to build meaningful relationships with colleagues and have a real impact across the organisation. We are looking for someone to work around 30 hours per weeks however we can be flexible to suit individual needs.
What You'll Be Doing
- Partnering with managers to provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters.
- Supporting performance management, absence management, disciplinary, grievance and capability processes.
- Coaching and developing managers to build confidence and capability in managing people.
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and talent development initiatives.
- Working alongside the wider People Team to deliver key people projects and organisational change activities.
- Analysing people data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Supporting employee engagement, wellbeing and retention initiatives.
- Ensuring HR policies, procedures and practices are applied consistently and in line with employment legislation.
About You
You'll be a confident HR professional who enjoys building strong working relationships and finding practical solutions to people challenges.
You'll have:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (essential).
- Previous experience in an HR Advisor, People Advisor, HRBP or People Partner role.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to influence and challenge constructively at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working in a fast-paced operational environment.
- A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach.
