At easyfundraising, we’re professional fundraisers, using technology to power the donations our users need. Since 2007, we've helped people raise more than £70 million for charities, schools, sports clubs and community groups across the UK by turning everyday online shopping into free donations for the causes they care about.
Behind that simple idea is a growing technology business where great people make a real difference every day.
Our HR team plays an important role in that. We don't just look after policies and processes – we help create an environment where people feel supported, trusted and able to do their best work. We're proud to have been recognised as a Great Place to Work 4 years running and named one of the UK's Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing in 2026. We're looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to help us continue building a workplace our colleagues love being part of.
This is more than an administration role. You'll become a trusted member of our HR team, supporting every stage of the employee lifecycle, championing our HR systems, coordinating recruitment, preparing payroll information and helping deliver an outstanding employee experience across the business.
This is a role built on trust. Colleagues will come to you with confidential questions, managers will rely on your judgement and accuracy, and you'll often be the first person someone speaks to when they need support. That's why emotional intelligence is just as important to us as HR knowledge.
What you'll be doing
Working closely with the HR Manager, you'll gain broad generalist HR experience while taking ownership of a wide variety of activities across the employee lifecycle.
You'll
What success looks like
Within three months - you'll be confidently using our HR systems, understanding our policies and getting to know the people who make easyfundraising such a great place to work.
Within six months - you'll be a trusted member of the HR team, confidently supporting managers and colleagues, running recruitment processes and preparing payroll information.
Within twelve months - you'll have a real understanding of our monthly, quarterly and annual HR rhythms. You'll confidently manage day-to-day HR activities, support projects, champion our HR systems and be recognised as someone colleagues know they can rely on.
About you
We're looking for someone who already has experience working in an HR team and is ready to build on that experience in a broad generalist role.
You'll bring:
You'll thrive if you enjoy variety. One minute you could be preparing payroll information, the next supporting a manager, organising interviews or helping a colleague with a policy query. No two days are the same, so you'll be organised, adaptable and comfortable switching between priorities. (And trust us – always have a notebook handy!)
As a technology business, we also use a range of HR systems to help us work efficiently and provide a great experience for our colleagues. You'll become the expert in those systems, so being comfortable learning new technology is important. Experience with HR systems is beneficial, but if you're naturally confident with technology, we'll help you learn the rest. You'll also make sure new starters have everything they need from day one, including setting up their technology and equipment so they can hit the ground running.
The Salary for this position is £30,000 - £33,000
