Head of People

Job Description

As the Head of People, you will protect reliable HR operations, clarify ownership and strengthen performance and development routines. Create visibility of recurring BAU issues including reward and benefits queries escalating material competitiveness, retention or consistency risks to leadership.
Partner with CEO, CFO and leaders; coach managers to own performance, development, progression and people decisions.


Connect people priorities to growth, retention, leverage, capability and delivery quality.
Lead the people side of organizational change, ensuring leaders and managers are equipped to communicate, implement and embed changes in ways that protect engagement, clarity and delivery quality.


Own the roadmap for role expectations, manager capability, learning approach, future skills planning and HR operating rhythm.


Reporting to the CEO, and a key member of the Core Level 10 (Senior Management Team), the role will play a key part in ensuring Embridge continues to be an employer of choice, with a clear focus on engagement, development, and organisational performance.
