HR Business Partner

Job Description

Pepper Advantage is one of the leading loan servicing companies in the UK, and we are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join our team in Uxbridge, London on a hybrid basis. Expected office attendance will be 2 - 3 days per week. 

The successful candidate will ensure delivery of effective and efficient customer service and management of the day-to-day HR operations. They will work closely with department managers and leaders to provide an effective and efficient service to the business.

We are looking for a proactive and positive person, who enjoys coaching and building relationships. 

As a HR Business Partner, some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Providing expert guidance on talent management, succession planning, and workforce development.
• Leading organisational change initiatives to support business transformation.
• Analysing HR metrics and providing insights to drive decision-making.
• Managing employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with employment law.
• Supporting the implementation of performance management frameworks.
• Developing and delivering HR policies that promote an inclusive workplace culture.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to management on complex HR matters.

We are ideally looking for someone who has previously worked in a similar role within the Financial Services industry, but this is not essential.

Essential Skills:

• Proven HR business partnering experience in complex, fast-paced environments
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent reporting skills, including Excel modelling
• Can communicate with clarity, accuracy and commitment. Composing clear, direct, concise complete messages.
• Excellent presentation skills; presents information clearly, concisely, accurately and logically.
• Expertise in organisational development and change management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach to challenges.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver results.
• Ability to support negotiations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures in alignment with union frameworks.

£50,000 - £55,000
