Role Overview

Immediate start. Early June.

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join us on a fixed-term contract to support the implementation of an HR Information System (HiBob) across our UK offices, ensuring accurate data migration, smooth system rollout, and a positive employee experience.

You might be looking for an opportunity to build your skills in systems, data, and project work, or you may be an experienced HR administrator with HRIS experience looking for a short-term project to flex your skills.

This role will sit within the People Team and provide hands-on support across data cleansing, migration, system configuration, testing, employee queries, and ongoing administration during and after go-live. 
Key Responsibilities

Supporting the HRIS Implementation

  • Assist the People team with the rollout of a new HR system
  • Support data preparation activities, including data cleansing and migration
  • Help with system testing and reviewing and revising workflows

Communications & Engagement

  • Work with Marketing & Communications to support internal messaging about the new system
  • Help prepare simple, clear guidance materials for employees and managers
  • Support activities that help colleagues understand and feel confident using the system

Super-User Coordination

  • Support the coordination of HRIS “super-users” across the business
  • Help organise sessions, track feedback, and keep communication flowing between teams
  • Assist in gathering insights and flagging any issues or trends

General Support

  • Help document new processes and templates as they are developed
  • Provide general administrative and project support to the People team during implementation
  • Support day-to-day HR activities where needed during a busy period

About You

Experience

  • Experience in HR or People Operations required
  • Exposure to HR systems or data (e.g. HRIS, spreadsheets) required
  • Interest in HR technology or systems implementation

Skills & Approach

  • Confident using digital tools and comfortable learning new systems (AI tools experience a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with data
  • Well organised, able to manage tasks and priorities effectively
  • A clear and approachable communicator
  • Positive, proactive, and willing to work independently

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000
