We're Hiring a People and Culture Manager!
 
To support our recent growth, we are now seeking a People & Culture Manager to play a central role in the next phase of our innovative work.
 
Constructive Thinking is a people and technology-led architectural practice specialising in the design and delivery of low energy, low carbon buildings, designed around the people who use them and the communities they support. 
 
With studios in Liverpool, London and Madrid, we work across the UK and internationally. 
 
People sit at the centre of how we think, design and deliver and we have plans for further growth, so this role comes at an exciting and pivotal time for the practice.
 
If you have a track record of experience in a similar position and want to grow with us, enjoy a creative and innovative environment, and want to excel in your next role, we'd love to hear from you.
(Note - experience does not have to be in an architectural practice)

What you'll earn (you won't find "competitive salary” written instead of a figure on our watch!)

Salary £40 - 45,000pa, depending on experience
