We're Hiring a People and Culture Manager!
 
To support our recent growth, we are now seeking a People & Culture Manager to play a central role in the next phase of our innovative work.
 
Constructive Thinking is a people and technology-led architectural practice specialising in the design and delivery of low energy, low carbon buildings, designed around the people who use them and the communities they support. 
 
With studios in Liverpool, London and Madrid, we work across the UK and internationally. 
 
People sit at the centre of how we think, design and deliver and we have plans for further growth, so this role comes at an exciting and pivotal time for the practice.
 
If you have a track record of experience in a similar position and want to grow with us, enjoy a creative and innovative environment, and want to excel in your next role, we'd love to hear from you.
(Note - experience does not have to be in an architectural practice)

Salary £40 - 45,000pa, depending on experience

About Constructive Thinking

Constructive Thinking Studio is a Liverpool based RIBA Chartered architectural practice established in 2002. Specialising in sustainable architecture and PAS compliant retrofit design, we work in the fields of housing, hospitality, education, workspace and healthcare.

We work across the UK offering services associated with the RIBA Plan of Works, together with supporting services such as Interior Design, PAS 2035 and 2038 Design, Energy Modelling, Energy Performance Appraisals, CGI visualisations, Planning Appraisals and Acquisition guidance.

As advocates of digital workflows, we use Building Information Modelling within all of our projects.  We design templates and systems to integrate with our clients’ needs so that designs can become digital twins for asset management.

Sustainability is at the core of our design strategy.  We consider embodied carbon, lifecycle energy use and the environmental impact of the materials and products we specify.  Above all, we believe that well considered spatial design results in functional and aesthetically inspiring architecture.

Our aim is to deliver high quality, sustainable design, harnessing efficiency through BIM (Building Information Modelling) and sustainability through BEM (Building Energy Modelling), providing quality and value for clients and end users whilst supporting energy Net Zero targets.
