Organisation Development and Learning Advisor

🌟 We’re excited to be recruiting an Organisation Development and Learning Advisor (Band 5, permanent) to join our team at Gateshead Health NHS Foundation Trust.

This is a hands-on, people‑centred role where you’ll:
✅ Help design and deliver impactful learning and OD projects
✅ Play a key role in induction, CPD, apprenticeships and learning needs analysis
✅ Support widening participation, placements and early careers pathways
✅ Deliver engaging training sessions and develop creative e‑learning content
✅ Build strong relationships with colleagues, learners, schools and partners
