Overview

Flat Rock is seeking an experienced and hands-on Interim Recruitment Manager, for 6 month, to join immediately and play a critical role in strengthening and developing our recruitment function during a period of growth.

This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to shape recruitment strategy, enhance delivery, and build capability within the team. For the right candidate, this position could evolve into a permanent opportunity.

This role will report into the CPO. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Recruitment Lead to develop and implement recruitment KPIs aligned with business objectives
  • Review, optimise, and standardise end-to-end recruitment processes across BPO and Software divisions
  • Drive improvements to reduce time-to-hire and enhance overall recruitment efficiency
  • Support and mentor the recruitment team, strengthening capability and performance
  • Introduce best practices in talent acquisition, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience
  • Ensure recruitment delivery supports the needs of a fast-growing, international business
  • Provide data-driven insights and reporting to inform decision-making
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the organisation

Requirements

  • Available to start immediately
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager (managing a team) or similar leadership role
  • Experience working within an international and scaling organisation
  • Strong track record of improving recruitment processes and team performance
  • Experience implementing and managing recruitment KPIs and metrics
  • Tech recruitment experience highly desirable (especially within software environments)
  • Experience supporting high-volume hiring, ideally within BPO environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Hands-on, proactive, and able to operate both strategically and operationally
