We are about to commence an exciting transformation programme to implement a new suite of people systems across the organisation and seeking an experienced Project Manager to work alongside the HR Director in delivering this critical project.
The Project Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of people systems implementation, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful adoption across the organisation.

Hours: 37 hours a week - Monday to Friday
Whilst this is not an office based role, you will be required to work alongside the rest of the project team in East Hoathly 2-3 days per week.
Please note: that we are seeking a candidate who can commit to a fixed-term contract of around 8–10 months.
Applications from self‑employed individuals will also be considered, although day rates may be lower than market expectations in line with our charitable trust status.
Ideally candidates will hold a project management qualification and have experience supporting organisational change, but this is not essential.
£60,000 per annum (pro rated to length of the contract)
