In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery a high quality, customer focused and professional People Advisory Service that seeks to drive forward continuous improvement and develop internal service Level agreements.   You will report to the Head of People Services and Employee Relations and manage the people advisory teams. These teams are key contacts for our organisation providing a HR service and HR activities in line with best practice and policy. This role will also ensure that a Restorative Just Culture is effectively implemented as part of inclusive conflict resolution approaches. To that end we are seeking an experienced and credible HR practitioner who is forward thinking, solution-oriented and resilient, with experience of managing HR advisory teams and case work ensuring risk is managed well.
