Clear People is a South East-based HR consultancy built for growth.

Founded by Emily Perry and Caroline Daniel — both CIPD-qualified with deep experience across SMEs and complex HR — Clear People delivers structured, packaged HR support to two audiences: business owners who need proper HR without the overhead of an in-house team, and HR professionals who need a credible specialist partner for the complex stuff.

We're not a traditional consultancy. Our model is deliberately different: fixed-scope packages, team-delivered service, and a commercial structure that's built to scale. That means as we grow, so do the opportunities for the people who join us.

Currently we work with businesses across Sussex and Hampshire at a time when the Employment Rights Act is creating real demand for practical, expert HR support. That's not a problem for us. It's exactly why we exist.

We're a joint venture between two CIPD-qualified HR professionals, built on the belief that small business owners deserve the same quality of HR expertise as large corporates — delivered in a way that's practical, straight-talking, and genuinely useful. Our work focuses heavily on helping businesses navigate the Employment Rights Act and providing day-to-day HR support that takes the weight off business owners' shoulders. We don't do waffle.
