Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and proactive Regional HR Advisor to support our manufacturing operations across 3 sites in West, East and North Yorkshire. This role will provide professional HR guidance and support to managers and employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation while fostering a positive and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities Act as a trusted HR partner to the Production Managers, providing advice on HR policies, procedures, and employment law to ensure consistent and fair application across all sites.
