Job Purpose   Aspirations Academies Trust is seeking an experienced Business Partner for Employee Relations to join our growing HR team. This role provides an excellent opportunity for an HR professional to develop their career within a dynamic multi academy trust supporting over 1250 staff across 16 academies . You will play a key role in supporting leaders with employee relations matters, ensuring issues are handled professionally, consistently and in line with employment law and Trust policies. Job Purpose     Provide strategic HR leadership across the Trust, ensuring the people strategy aligns with the organisation’s long-term educational and operational objectives.
