Manage a wide range of Employee Relations cases, providing timely and accurate advice and attending formal meetings as required, including:
Investigations
Disciplinary and grievance matters
Sickness absence cases
Performance improvement issues
Restructuring and organisational change activity
Support and coach managers on all people‑management processes to improve capability and confidence.
Coordinate Occupational Health referrals, ensuring documentation, notes, and HR systems are accurately maintained.
Liaise with employees and managers to monitor sickness absence and support return‑to‑work planning.
Produce HR data, statistics, and metrics; identify trends and support department projects and general administrative tasks.
Contribute to HR project work, including:
Annual salary and bonus review processes
Employee communications
Lay‑offs, redundancy, and re‑organisation initiatives
