At Nova Care Group, we provide safe, consistent and genuinely supportive care placements for children and young people under 25.

We specialise in supporting young people who have experienced trauma, exploitation, instability and repeated placement breakdowns. Too often, we’ve found they’ve been defined by labels or behaviours rather than understood as individuals.

Our small, consistent support teams deliver 24/7 person-centred, trauma-informed care, incorporating coaching and mentoring. Our approach not only restores stability, routine and trust to a young person’s life, but also equips them with the confidence, knowledge and skills to thrive into adulthood.
