Employee Relations Manager – 12 Month FTC 📍 London / Hybrid We’re looking for an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join Campions on a 12-month fixed term contract and act as our centre of expertise for HR and ER frameworks. This is a strategic ER role where you’ll design and govern the policies, processes and tools that ensure our people practices are clear, consistent and legally robust across the business. You’ll lead the design of end-to-end ER frameworks , support large-scale restructures and consultation activity , and step in to lead complex or sensitive investigations where independence and expertise are essential.
