Reporting into the HR Manager, the Recruitment & Bursary Assistant provides efficient, professional and confidential support to the HR function for Downside playing a critical role in ensuring that the school is compliant with all relevant regulations and statutory guidance.     To be successful, you will have:   Experience of providing excellent customer service and effective administration. Ability to build rapport and trust with a variety of people, both internally and externally. Strong organisational skills, with proficiency in MS Office.
