Who we’re looking for We are looking for a Senior People Partner who will work closely with managers across all teams and our subsidiaries to deliver our people strategy and maintain RHP Group as an inclusive and inspiring place to work. You’ll focus on all aspects of the employee lifecycle by ensuring we have the right people, with the right skills in the right areas. You’ll manage our people systems, maximising efficiency across our processes and administration. You’ll compile, analyse and present people metrics, dashboards and management information to drive informed business decisions. You’ll manage a small administration team, ensuring a consistent and high quality service across the organisation.
