The Country Land and Business Association (CLA) are the champions for rural land and business.
Our members manage around half the rural land and operate over 250 types of businesses. We provide expert advice, networking, education and strong political representation through branch and policy committees, as well as central policy groups in London.
We have one office in London, five offices around rural England, and one in Wales. There are around 100 staff consisting of policy and rural advisers, surveyors, external affairs and large variety of support staff, that manage events, communications, membership and internal operations.
Our values are Respect, Connection, Influence and Innovation. The CLA is a non-profit organisation, with a supportive and friendly environment. Our employees are passionate about who they work for and about rural affairs in general.
