Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & People Strategy Ownership Define, lead, and continuously evolve Oxford’s People strategy. Create and own the People plan, ensuring alignment with business goals and future capability needs. Act as a senior People voice in organisational planning, workforce design, and strategic decision-making.
