We're looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our friendly, busy HR team and play a key role in supporting colleagues across the organisation.
This is a hands-on generalist role with real variety, reporting to the Strategic HR Business Partner.
What you'll be doing:
Managing a wide range of employee relations cases
Supporting the delivery of HR initiatives such as the Appraisal process, inductions, and Learning & Development
Supporting restructures and organisational change, including job evaluation
Drafting and rolling out HR policies
Using HR systems to produce workforce reports
Contributing across the full employee lifecycle and mentoring colleagues where needed
What we're looking for:
CIPD Level 5 (essential) and HR generalist experience, including experience in employee relations, policy development and organisational change
