At the heart of this transformation is our Digital Learning and Adoption Team. We help colleagues across the council to build the mindset, confidence, and capability to make the most of new technology and ways of working.

We are now looking for a strategic learning leader to shape this mission and take it further. This is someone who combines deep expertise in learning strategy with the ability to influence culture and lead change across a large and complex organisation, helping us create the conditions for better services and stronger connections with the communities we serve.
