This role will be at the heart of day-to-day People operations, handling HR administration, supporting recruitment and onboarding, maintaining systems and records, and helping deliver wellbeing and engagement initiatives.  The role is the super-user and day-to-day lead on the BreatheHR system and ATS.  The post also provides some administrative support to the COO and senior managers.  What you will be doing HR Administration & Systems Act as first point of contact for employee queries, and where possile, resolve or escalate as appropriate.  Draft contracts, offer letters, new starter packs, references and contract variations Ensure compliance with right-to-work checks, DBS/ safeguarding, references, probation and compliance tasks are completed on schedule.
